Clients must place all orders online, this includes quotations. Once an order is placed, the client receives a welcome email. We then receive specifications via an online order form. We obtain the best price for materials and tooling, before a quotation is prepared. Once payment is made we proceed to step 02.

The job is then scheduled and loaded to available machines and production lines. Working samples are tolerance-tested and proofed prior to large production runs. Jobs are tracked easily and feedback provided, allowing for any vital corrections to be administered into further production runs.

In this final step, finished components are counted accurately and packaged correctly for deliveries. We deliver within 24-48 hours locally, making use of courier services to ensure components reach their destination on time and undamaged. Global logistics arrangements are made for international clients.
